Dr. MARUJA BRAVO has devoted her professional career to legal practice, academic education, and public service. Her approach to the profession combines legal knowledge with responsibility, sound judgment, and sensitivity to the people involved.
A graduate of the University of Panama with a doctorate in Criminal Law from Universidad Externado de Colombia, she has built a career spanning several dimensions of Panama’s legal profession.
Her experience includes university teaching and senior public service, including her tenure as Vice Minister of Labor. These roles have given her a perspective on law that looks beyond case files to the social and human realities behind them.
With a particular commitment to Family Law, she works in a field where legal decisions can have profound and lasting consequences for individuals and families.
She currently serves as president of the Panamanian Association of Family Law Attorneys (APADEFA), contributing to the advancement of this legal specialty.
